Refund and Returns Policy
Subject to the provisions of the Refund and Returns Policy, You may only return purchased Products purchased via the Website within 30 days from date of the Order conformation by contacting Us on 011 204 0298 or email@example.com, provided that the Products:
are in their original purchased condition and packaging and have not been worn, used and/or are soiled;
have the price (swing) ticket and labels attached and have not been altered, repaired, incorporated or added to.
Products will not be regarded as defective where the fault in the Products results from normal wear and tear, negligence or damage arising from misuse and/or improper or inadequate care of the Products and/or where the Products have been altered and/or dealt with or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Refunds will be made by crediting your original method of payment within 14 days from the date that the Product has been returned to us.
If you paid the Product purchase price via EFT, we will require proof of your banking details and a copy of your identity document in order to verify your identity and banking details and process the refund. No cash refunds will ever be made.
Promotional items are final and cannot be refunded.
Items on sale can only be exchanged for the same (in case of a factory fault or defect) product, different color, different size, different design and/or another design
of the same or more value (In the case where the price is different, the balance should be settled before the exchange is completed) but cannot be refunded.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Send your order confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org this will help to indicate which product/s you would like to return.
Send all items back to us using the information given to you (available on request)
It may take up to 14 working days to process a refund.
After receiving the returned product, it takes between 3 to 5 working days to complete an exchange process.
All shipping costs are covered by the customer unless we are satisfied that an error (factory fault, factory defect, incorrect order, wrong size, wrong color)
was committed by MG Clothing.
